Come along with Melbourne restaurateur and TV personality Jason Kennedy as he highlights some of South East Asia's authentic and traditional Banquets.
In his travels he has dined in some of the world’s most beautiful and culturally rich destinations in both customs and food, he’s made handmade dumplings in Taipei, Taiwan, cooked Babi Guling (Suckling Pig) in Bali, Indonesia, learnt the art of Chilli Crab in Singapore, slow cooked Chiang Mai spicy pork in Northern Thailand and watched for hours the subtleties of making the perfect peanut satay sauce in Malaysia.
Now he brings his knowledge of South East Asian cuisine in to your lounge room each week and re-creates My Asian Banquet.
My Asian Banquet Restaurant is with Camille Kennedy and 2 others.We would like to thank everyone for there support during the last few days and it's with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that Saturday night will be our last night at the restaurant. So from myself, Haiyan and Charlee we would like to thank everyone for the past 4 years and to the beautiful people we've met for which have become friends, we truly are thankful.
